Upon reservation confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required. The balance of the rental fee, as well as a $500.00 damage deposit, must be received 45 days prior to your check-in date. Before making a reservation request, please read the “Rental Agreement” to be aware of payment and cancellation policies; responsibilities and expectations.
